I am sick

Yesterday Is when it started I didn't throw up and I felt cold , body hurts and today I barely held down breakfast my nose is stuffed up and I am freezing.
The first and foremost thing you need to do is seek professional medical help as soon as possible.

If you are barely able to function, seek help from a trusted friend or relative.
Call them, don't text or message them. Tell them about your condition and ask for assistance.

Until you figure out how to get professional medical help, make sure you check your temperature with a thermometer and determine if you have a fever.
Also drink plenty of fluids so you stay hydrated. Water and perhaps tea.

I hope you get well as soon as possible.

My husband bought home some chunky chicken noodle soup and some 7 up. I just needed some TLC I take care of everyone

Please don't drink sugary drinks when you are sick. Just drink carbonated water if you like the feeling of carbonated drinks, or drink tea. Take extra vitamin supplements, Zinc, Vitamin D and K2, Magnesium and extra Vitamin C are the most important. A good source of B6 is recommended as well for general well being.

Drink more than usual, no sugar, just plain water. Eat easily digestible things, like soup, and if you need some extra calories to energize yourself, add clumps of butter to the soup you drink. Works best with creamy tomato soup flavour wise, but it is fine too with plain clear chicken soup. Eating some avocado works well to. I'd also recommend beef chopped very fine after grilling it, so it is very easy to chew and digest. A thin grilled steak cut into 0.5 cm strips and then cut into 1 cm long rectangle for example. You'll get good nutrition and will be able to digest it more easily, which helps keep your stomach calm.

Get a lot of rest, and if you struggle to sleep, get some kind of subscription medicine to help clear your airways (I don't recommend any nasal spray, but there are other medicines that can work well, like Acetylcysteïne, but be sure to get a consultation to determine if it would actually help in your case and follow the guidelines on the medicine properly, never do more than prescribed). Adding Eucalyptus essential oil to a diffuser and placing it next to where you sleep works well too to keep your airways open. Other simple methods are steamy hot showers, and boiling dried up eucalyptus leaves, or adding eucalyptus essential oil to boiling hot water and breathing in the fumes, works best with some kind of inhaler that you can put your face on and inhale the concentrated fumes through your nose. Wait to let it cool down a little before adding the oil and breathing in the fumes, so the steam doesn't scald your airways

Rinsing your nose with very salty water is another method, but doing it too often will irritate you, so just do it once when it's really bad, and then wait a day or two before doing it again, and try not to rely on this for longer than a few days in a row, otherwise it will lose effectiveness or your body might develop a dependency. This will definitely be unpleasant, as you need to snort the water up your nose, but it is very effective at clearing nasal airways. One teaspoon of ground rocksalt added to 50 ML's of boiling water, then stirring it well to diffuse it as much as possible is a strong effective ratio, wait for it to cool down so that it is still warm but no longer scalding before trying to snort it up your nose, one nostril at a time, about half a table spoon of the hot salty water per nostril.
