You don't need to. Most of us didn't tell anyone & our friends and family think that were whatever they think we are (mine think I'm xtian as them, some others pretend to be atheist...). My best advice would be to not mention anything to them and you can wake up earlier to do your meditations & yoga. If you can't, you can tell them it helps you relief the stress from school

In the Al-Jilwah it states as one of Satan's commandment to not openly say that you worship him because you will not know how others will react. I do not know what your parents are like but for your safety I recommend keeping your beliefs safetly hidden until you are old enough to move out
