How to open your astral senses?

Hello brothers and sisters of satanas, I was just wondering how one would open there astral senses to contact demons since a ouijia board would be dangerous?

Work on your Clair's, like clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance. 
To decide which one works best for you it might help if you decide based on your learning style. for example:If it is easier for you to look at a white board to learn, we'll say math, rather than just hearing someone talking about it you are probably a visual learner, so clairvoyance may be a good choice
But if you can learn from hearing an audio clip rather than seeing it worked out you might be an audio learner so clairaudience may come a bit easier than the others.
Okay almost done...
If you are very sensitive and can pick up peoples emotions easy than clairsentience may be a good idea I believe this is clear feeling
And last, for example you may have good naturel intuition then clear knowing I believe is claircognizance, this  may be a good first one to develop.
Developing a Clair is a good way to start. the reason this was so long is because it is a good idea to pick which will work for you as an individual the best.  And if you are really anxious dream work is fairly easy you can receive messages this way.

Heh, I just want to say, Johnson Akemi your posts are always on point sister. 

Really, people asking questions here can't really get better and more accessible advice than the advices you give in most of your replies, everytime I see one of your informative replies with all the links in it I think to myself "Don't worrry guys, Johnson Akemi to the rescue" haha. 

Also just a point about "the Clairs" You want to develop them all and you will develop them all by working on the chakra's that Johnson Akemi pointed out. 

Those abilities will become as easy to use as your regular senses when you advance, they are your spiritual senses which most people are cut of from, but once you start developing your soul and reconnecting with the higher realms those senses will awaken and get empowered.

Is it possible to create and direct a thoughtform to automatically absorb energy into your pineal gland? I meditate less everyday than I'd like to admit, simply due to me investing my time in other things, so I was wondering if I could still maintain progression through automatic energy absorption. I know it may sound pitifully lazy, but I'm simply trying to find out less time-consuming methods of reaching astral awareness.

A thoughtform needs to be constantly fed energy or it will dissipate after a while. You can use affirmations to program yourself to constantly absorb energy into your pineal gland. If you state an affirmation every day for 40 days, the affirmation will be permanent and you will not have to think about it. A potential affirmation is, "In a positive manner, I am constantly and permanently absorbing energy into my pineal gland that is safely stimulating my pineal gland."
