How to Need Less Sleep

I want to only need 6 hours of sleep daily so that could have more free time. I am thinking of using Avyhas and Venneo. What do you guys think?
 
Lack of sleep causes many health problems and can shorten your life. Cause increased aging. Do not hurt yourself. Instead find ways to organize your time more efficiently so less of it is wasted.

It is still possible to accelerate your sleep, or, make it more efficient. However, this might shave an hour or so off, and is also based on your body / natal configuration.

Look into Sun Squares and try to boost your body's vitality and energy.
 
If there is too much sleeping that is interfering through your day to day activities, then that is a problem and you should try to use dedicated Sun workings to accelerate your body's vitality. Of course, that should be done after looking at natal aspects, that is.

If there is no dangerous interference of sleep in your day to day activities then you should not try to accelerate it as lack / shortage of sleep can cause health problems such as increased aging, memory disorders, reduced brain activity and other problems, plus eyesight related problems.

So, again, if there is no dangerous interference of sleep within day to day activities, then you should also try, besides Sun workings, to organize your time even more.

I am definitely focused in increasing the quality of my sleep. There are group of people with the ability to only sleep 4 hours a day and still function effectively. It has to do with their genes. But, I realized that would involve doing advanced biokinesis. I will just do ApolloAbove's suggestion to increase my vitality, but I will be using runes instead of Surya for I use the latter for my cleaning mantra.

You could try programming free positive gold colored energy with: "In a positive manner for me, this energy is improving the quality of my sleep". I'm unsure exactly how quality/quantity works when it comes to sleep, but the fact that you spend about 1/3 of your life there: it's important, so try to get the best quality sleep possible (rather than the focus being on some arbitrarily chosen number of hours). Having a completely dark room/sleep mask can improve the quality.

Yeah, that is what I am focusing right now.
 
Sleep is important, but oversleeping can have consequences. The minimum is around 8 hours, anything over 10 indicates issues.

Try to keep your vitamin intake at check, sleep issues are often Magnesium or B12 related. Avoid exposure to blue light.

And most importantly, excersize and eat well every day.

If i recall
Blitzkrieg mentioned about doing a mars square working on increased energy
He said there was a time he only slept for 4 hours

I best bet is to ask him on that

Unfortunately this was only temporary and was probably a bit on the unbalanced side of things. However, it at least showed the "path" to this, which is increased yang energy, but I would not think that can be accomplished that easily. On the flip side, working with Saturn's energies had made me feel temporarily more tired than normal.
