I have weak bones even if i drink a lot of milk and vitamin D. Is there any meditation or something so i will have stronger bones?

I do not know about any specific meditation, however heavy weight lifting, such as power lifting greatly increases bone density and strength.

Saturn rules the bones in general, however I'm not certain how you could make use of that as I have never attempted to use saturnian energy in a magical working (safe for black magic), and generally a saturn square is not recommended as it often manifests with negative effects instead.

One thing to note about milk, processed milk if drank in excess can actually degenerate the bones and take calcium out of the bones instead, making them weaker as a result. Don't over consume it, or drink much of it, there are other good sources to get your calcium from.

Namely fermented dairy products such as yoghurt, kefir and things like goats cheese is also good.

Almonds are good too, they have a lot of other healthy nutrients in them as well, so they are good to add to your diet in general.

Maybe other people here with better knowledge on health and nutrition have other/better suggestions for calcium rich foods or bone enhancing foods.

Moderate impact can increase bone density which is why some people prefer running etc.

Dairy actually has the highest bio availability of calcium of any food, and it is particularly high in cheese and milk.

Calcium is not the only consideration however.

Proper parathyroid health is essential to bone mineral deposition combined with signalling to osteoblasts (bone building cells) by moderate impact such as light jogging, walking and/or martial arts practices (but any sport will do really, provided it is not too high impact).

Bones also benefit from stretching, as the pull of tendons on attachment sites to bone also stimulates deposition.

Processed sugar can signal the body to break down bone as can a deficiency of or imbalance of estrogen and progesterone as occurs in post menopausal women, hence the increased risk of osteoporosis.

Thanks a lot for the reply CentralForce, I'm glad you replied as you have a much greater knowledge and expertise on health the human biology than I do.
