Hitler was like a living God. He was the greatest leader and military strategist in the history of mankind. During the battle of France (May - June 1940) the Allies had twice as many tanks and guns as the Germans, and also the strategic advantage of being on the defense and the tactical advantages of mobility. The idea that the French army was badly prepared, poorly motivated and ill-equipped is just a myth and post-war propaganda. Germany's victory over France in just six weeks was a result of Hitler's military genius.
The best description of what was Hitler like that I've seen is The Enigma Of Adolf Hitler by Leon Degrelle.

To compare Stalin to Hitler is absolutely ridiculous. Just to give you an example - Hitler was the greatest orator of all time. He has made more than 5,000 speeches. He made all of his speeches without reading off of paper, or anything like that. Hitler's speeches had such a great power over the people that even the people in the audience who were at first very critical or skeptical of his policies or ideas were swept away in the wave of emotion and frenzy which took over the hall and joined in the cheering and applause enthusiastically.
https://christogenea.org/system/files/video/HITLER_THE_MAN.mp4 I have watched this video hundreds of times, and still every time I hear the part where he says
"They can suppress us. They can kill us if you like, but we will not capitulate!" my eyes get watery.
Now take a look at Stalin. He rarely appeared in public, rarely made public speeches, and he was incapable of delivering a speech without reading from a paper... He was probably the worst public speaker ever, even in November 1941, at the height of World War 2 his speech is so boring that it can put you to sleep.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wkaJ6YnWws0 The cult of Stalin was based on extreme ideological coercion and terror. Nothing else. Even some present day politicians like Trump or Putin have greater leadership abilities than him. As a political and military strategist he was mediocre at best.
You are probably wondering why did Germany lose then? Because of the traitors in the German Army High Command. There were many top-ranking Wehrmacht generals and officers who not only conspired against Hitler, but deliberately worked for Germany's defeat...
