Before I proceed to sugar , I would like to give a REMINDER about table salt.
Do NOT use table salt. USE Himalayan salt. I have it at home in raw form(stone form). It’s difficult for foreigners like Americans and other countries to get pure Himalayan salt from these so called big supermarkets. I had tried once and it was nothing like the one we have at home in stone form.
There is also black salt( not that pink coloured black salt) , try to find it in stone form and the color of black salt is actually Black-brown-ish.

If you haven’t quit this white refined sugar then please do so immediately.
Instead, use jaggery powder for all your sugar needs . You can use jaggery to fulfill your body daily sugar needs.
Jaggery is the only thing we have been using for centuries in my community and region.
I had heard that somewhere in Mexico too (not sure about the location) they always used jaggery and never eaten white refined sugar and they had their teeth intact in their old age too.
Why Koreans, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese and other Asians have abnormal teeth? Disproportionated?
I don’t know genetic factor if there is any but the one major cause for this I can think of is they eat White refined sugar a lot..
So, switch to what our ancestors used to eat and that is JAGGERY.
But you have to be careful and knowledge to know that the Jaggery you have bought does not have any white SUGAR in it! It is hard to get pure clean food these days.
I’ve been warned to boil the jaggery powder for any sweet hot drink, like tea. But I think it should be ok to use it in tea like hot drinks without boiling it along in the tea.
