How long it takes to be a good astrologer ?

I want to become an astrologer in 3 or 4 months. Is this possible? I'm ready for intensive training because I want to predict things in my life with the help of astrology.

It takes years to get to a decent level. Even now I recently learned a few things. You can't just read info and put it to use, you have to try it out and see for yourself, take experiences, compare to other charts, find patterns... so on and so forth. I often ask for feedback on orders I do, for my own education purposes.
