How do I vibrate something/ POS?

Between me never doing a ritual before and having to hide anything religious thats not Christian from my parents I have no idea how to handle this. A quick summary is that recently I had a experience where my room went pitch black, I drifted off to sleep because it felt like I was bening cradled by a giant. In the dream I bruitly murdered a close friend of mine and whatever the thing that was holding me praised me for it and offered for me to sell my soul to it.
Now I feel HORRIFIED that I did that in my dream and was sick to my stomach. I posted a more detailed version of this dream on the anonymous chat and was advised that I should do a deep banishing ritual and dobble my POS. Olny problem is that the ritual requires me to vibrate the word Vinasa and I have no clue what that means. So ill take ALL the help I can get.

Vinasa is a death mantra. Do not use it. Simply do daily a protection working and focus on positive things going forward. Dreams do not matter of that kind, there are simple attacks.

If you still plan to do the Vinasa mantra, although you need to be able to project only outwardly or on a strong focus, do also understand to protect and clean yourself afterwards.
