how can i summon my demons?

usually when i close my eyes and meditate my forehead begins to tingle a lot and then my whole face is tingling (vibrating) then i usually see blue godly beings (demons?). how can i do more than just that? can i summon them and if so how and what language will they speak or will they adapt? how does this work?
