If your Hatha Yoga routine is too much for you right now then you may want to adjust it. You don't have to do many Asanas right away. Start small, and build up over time.
One of the important things gained from Yoga is energy for the soul. It's as necessary as eating with your physical body. If you're really, really struggling with Asanas then you can start with Pranayama followed by corpse for 15 minutes.
To put this in simple terms, you have to do the actual work on your soul, just like nobody is going to manipulate your body for you to do your workouts that you do. Does that make sense?
