Are you kidding?
Vovim raised his serpent in under 2 years, i do not see the issue.
Vovim didn’t raise nothing in two years. This is complete nonsense spoken by what is now revealed as a very deranged person that is no longer of any relevance to our Joy of Satan.
Also what Vovim wrote about their experiences at raising the serpent isn’t correct either. The way they wrote it, makes it seem as if the serpent just raises like that and it is a permanent thing, like reaching the next floor of a building by ascending some stairs, that the second level is completely distinct and that it is a very solid difference, and that once risen you are at a different stage, like leveling up in a video game.
In reality the ascend of the serpent is much more fluid. There are no real hard and clear cut levels, it is a fluid motion with no cutoffs, except for very specific and also much more abstract “checkpoints” that “save” ones progress and prevent if from falling back down.
Raising the serpent is more like ascending a waterfall. You face a lot of resistance as you evolve and open the pathways for the serpent to rise, and the whole process is like a fluid motion, a gradual ascend with no clear outlined steps to walk on, the practitioner is in constant motion, either advancing and sometimes retreating, while maintaining a steady pace as they consistently ascend the waterfall, until one reaches the top of the stream where one can swim more leisurely, but if one neglects their advancement from that point, one gets dragged down by the waterfall again if one isn’t careful and consistent.
There are some checkpoints on this process that allow one to internalize certain attainments and make them semi permanent, but this only remains if one doesn’t fall back and consistently keeps advancing. Outside influence and decay can also ruin ones progress if there is too much of it, causing one to fall under external negative forces, which is what happened to many advanced oils from ancient times that reached higher attainment, but were then ruined during the dark ages ushered in by the enemy programs, despite of semi permanent attainments having been reached by those souls.
Entropic decay requires a constant rectification through consistent efforts.
The rising of the serpent is more of a gradual expansion of consciousness and spiritual power in tandem, which facilitate personal transformation both physically, spiritually and mentally until this accumulated effort reaches a point where the being can fundamentally transform under influence of the work and efforts one has put in, and the energies raised and transformed through specific meditations that must be performed to step into godhood and immortality.
The process Vovim baghie wrote about is nothing like the real and full ascension of the serpent, and I wager there are many people active here today more advanced than he has ever been.
