Do the Single Serpent Meditation on the right [Pigala Nadi] for a few days. Then, do cleaning of the Pigala to get it more open. Clean the chakras on the right side also, and then do balancing meditation after you are done.

If the Serpent rises from the left, that is not a very good thing, and you need to rebalance it. If this is allowed to go indefinitely, it can incur problems.

Does the energy flow downwards from this?

Energy initially came up from the Left side and Went down through the side of the body... Now when i do RAUM while laying then i go inside body and can feel the Energy coming up from the Right side of my body.. This is what's happening -

Something coming up from the right side of the Leg -> upwards Sexual organ and it's very painful at first then goes upwards through the right side of the body into the Right side of the chest and up to Throat and then right side of the face then it stops there and my head starts to hurt as if it's expanding from inside... Then after some time pain stops and energy can travel freely up the crown chakra and Starts to go down the left side of the body in a loop, and this process keeps on repeating.

Then what happens is that I am completely unaware of the body and is travelling inside a Loop within my body.

The problem that came with this is now is that I can't think like before and have a hard time explaining things to others.
- Energy gets reset through orgasm in my sleep (if it ever rises)
- I get blood after the flesh is torn by my stool and it's a lot of blood, I went to the doctor because my family forced me to but it didn't help and got medicated for like 6 months then they started telling me all bs that my thinking is retarded.

Well, I hoped if it doesn't get fixed in this lifetime then in my next life when i'm born i don't have this problem.. But I'm not sure if there's any reset that happens when we die and goes into the astral or spirit world or does there?

So i went to an ashram like a place where bhramins live and they pronounce "OM" rather than "AUM" and i knew they're retarded i just had to fake things around them and avoid them.

I also went to yogis they said i should read Vedas. But one of those told me he heard a mantra in the astral realm but was never able to meet him again.

Now i'm thinking about going to ISHA foundation which is in Tamil Nadu to Sadhguru (He's the first person I think knows good about this kundalini stuff and he talks about it and chakras like leaving the body through Crown chakra and he claims he witnessed those cases ) and hope I find some cure if it doesn't get fixed..
