Hi I'm new/need advice

Hi I'm new to this group and still a bit unclear on what my next step should be.

I have been doing power meditations for a about 2 and a half months now.
I am at the point where I constantly have a floating/light feeling and give off alot of static electricity.
When I do the invocation and evocation exercises listed on the main site I generate either warm or cold spots but at this time am unsure how to proceed further in my training.
I have yet to astral project.
I performed the dedication ritual last week however because I do not have enough space of my own I cannot risk being caught with most things needed for rituals as my landlord is both very christian and very mentally unstable so much of the advice I would seek from Satan and his demons is not something I can readily seek without being caught and kicked out or worse.
I descended from Native American shaman's on my dad's side and suspect much of my European ancestors were sorcerers.
So I have joined this E-group to seek answers and hopefully gain new insight as to how to further progress in my training.
Any help at all would be appreciated and I hope we all get along.

ah. well I've already opened all the chakras and am at the point where every deep breath I take draws energy so basically at this point I just clean my aura use the protective aura meditation and void meditation every day in addition to experimenting?The yoga pdf's are missing. link is broken. or perhaps sabotaged by the enemy -_-
Well what I've been doing so far does include all those main techniques and lately I've been focusing on combining the heat meditation with fire invocation while making my aura expand after tuning my chakras in sanskrit. (the long ones.)And at night doing a similar heat meditation in pitch darkness where I make all my chakras and aura burn red hot and absorb and convert energy from the dark. The effects are very potent.

Aura of Protection and Void are essential to any meditation program, they are the foundation. It is recommended that every Satanist should do daily Hatha and Kundalini yoga, you can find the PDFS for both in the *Files* section of the main JoS yahoo group, i believe it is under *KUNDALINI AND HATHA YOGA ROUTINE* or something like that. Look it up on the main site's meditation section.
I do a variety of exercises daily including the basic aura cleaning, aura protection, void meditation and advanced chakra spinning.
I tune my main chakras in sanskrit (the long chants), then vibrate my voice while focusing in numerous regions according to what feels most natural at the highest intensity possible.I can invoke fire and perform heat meditation just by inhaling deeply and generate heat with every deep breath.I have done the star of astaroth meditation on numerous occasions though it is still difficult to get every step exactly right but even when I half ass it I still produce a glowing warm spot.
Aura cleaning, chakra spinning, aura protection and void meditation should be done daily and preferably numerous times a day as a minimum.

I have a question regarding Foundation Meditation. Every time I start doing foundation meditation and breathing in energy I get a feeling of weakness and feel like I can't go on. This starts happening after 4th or 5h breath. It's really strange. I sometimes couldn't get to 15 and had to quit at 10 or so, but after I'm done with the meditation I feel superb. Does anyone have any idea why is this so? Thanks

I had the same problem back when I did the energy foundation meditation. My stomach would get sick along with it though.
