Can somone please help I’m having trouble sleeping I didn’t sleep at all last night and I’m desperate to try some supplements tonight that might help! I bought some melatonin gummies with l thealite would those gummies any effect on the brain

They won't permanently damage your brain or anything, so you should be fine. If you feel physically awake, I would suggest holding the Spleen 6 acupoint, which is a yin-building point that is great for insomnia. As a second option, you can also program Berkano to help you fall asleep.
 
Melatonin should work fine. Valerian tea also helped me in the past, though make sure not to use both at the same time.
Do try to find the root of what's causing the insomnia, I know that too much screen time could mess with sleep schedules.

I’didnt I sleep day 2 , im sooo desperate to try anything at this moment. I’ve never went through this before I’m usually I good sleeper. Ima try a Zyrtec for allergy see if that put me to sleep. I’m really goin through this non sleep is taking a toll on my body on day 2. Will my body eventually crash out?

What exactly do you experience that keeps you awake? Are you clenching your muscles or is your mind simply too active? Sometimes I get too immersed in my thoughts right before I fall asleep, and then I catch myself unintentionally making myself more awake.

For a mundane solution, what you can do is try to physically exhaust yourself right before bed, so your body feels too tired to carry on.

I believe I have also had success with invoking Earth to relax my body and mind to sleep safely, with no negative effects.

Check your breath if left nostril is dominant then do some surya bhedi pranyam it will induce sleep i also had this problem take care

I think im starting to develop anxiety and fear of not sleeping is because this car accident has really taking a toll on my mind and body. I also developed tinnitus but white noise seems to help a lot. I feel like is mostly psychological that’s keeping me from sleeping. I can’t sleep on my side either because my ear starts hurting. I made an appointment with ent doctor.
 
Make the room colder. Your body temperature dropping a little bit is one thing that is part of the process of falling asleep. Or you can do a warm shower or bath to raise your body temperature, then after this your tempurature will drop as you are going back to normal.

You should drink water before you sleep so you don't get dehydrated. But do not eat anything for multiple hours before. If you are digesting any kind of food, this creates energy that will keep you awake. Also do not do any power meditations or anything that raises or increases your energy at night time for the same reason. Do these earlier in the day.
