Greetings!

I am new to meditations, I am on the ninth day of the 40 day meditation programme. When I did the Chakra Clearing meditation, when I got to my crown chakra, it felt like the energy was going up, like my soul was ascending.

When I went into the Void Meditation I wanted to close my eyes but I could still see around me, my eyelids seemed to disappear. I thought it was an illusion and looked around, but I could see normally.

I have never done chakra meditation before, what could be the reason for this?

Void media an still be done with your eyes open. As with mediations, just continue mediations, all those things will go away with time
