Hello everyone, you should know that the Italian school is very toxic, as a result many students during adolescence tend to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, including me.
Yesterday I had the math test and the day before it was a nightmare. As soon as I sat down to repeat my brain no longer remembered anything, as if it had done nothing this month. I had a panic attack but managed to calm down and then at night, before going to sleep, I had another one that was calmed by Father Satan. Indeed, I had a vision at that moment. in front of my bed there was him with a shining aura. As soon as I saw it, I felt surrounded by an indescribable positive energy and everything ended.
Currently I am doing 108 surya every day for a year and "put back the curses 1 and 2" for a deep cleansing of the aura. Do you have any other advice? would be welcome. I want to thank you with all my heart, I love you🥰

I used to feel like that many years ago. I think the reason why this happens is that doing well in school is demanded by our parents, it's like a job in real life; if you fail at it, you get punished. It's important for our future too. So when you have something so important happen to you every day for years on end, it can be pretty taxing if it is combined with the second thing, which is a feeling of powerlessness. The feeling that no matter what you do, it won't be enough. I had teachers who had no intention of actually teaching people anything; they were just there to liven up their boring and miserable existence by looking to harm students in whatever way they could. That is powerlessness.

So there's 2 things you can do. One, take your power back, i.e., study. If you know you are prepared, then there is no reason to be nervous because you know everything you need to know. The second thing is to deal with abusers if there are any. Expose them, bring attention to them by complaining to people in power, black magic, etc.

I am very happy that someone understands how I feel. unfortunately the problem is not the attitudes of the teachers but it is that they are not very understanding and that they have always instilled in our brains the fact that if you get a failure then you are a failure. before realizing that I was SS I went to a psychologist, something has definitely improved but other times I have small relapses. the fact is that I am tired of being this way. I try so much harder than before so I know that I am doing my part also because the teachers always tell me "good job" or that I am trying hard. but sometimes I feel so overwhelmed that I am tired of this system. I do not give up just because my dream is to go to university.
I can't even complain because the last time I did it, two years ago, a professor bullied me by continuing to give me a failing grade every time, telling me that I'm an ass, that I don't want to do anything, in short, needless to say, I had fallen into a deep depression. Now, however, he is very proud of me because I showed him how much I'm worth. But the thought that it could happen again gives me the shivers, especially because now I'm one step away from my final exams

I know how you feel, I was more or less the same when I was in high school. I didn’t have panic attacks, but sometimes I couldn’t sleep at night when I knew I had a test the next day. My anxiety was caused by social pressure because I wanted to be “like the other classmates” and get the same grades. This happened because they would subtly make fun of my failures and those of other classmates. These were people who got straight 8/9/10, but who were fundamentally stupid and ignorant-minded.

At a certain point, the way I found to cope was to stop caring about the grade I got. A grade doesn’t define who you are, nor does it reflect the effort you put into preparing for a test or exam. Especially when you have teachers who show favoritism and give higher grades to others based on how much they’re flattered.

Try to understand that when you do your part and study with method, there’s nothing you need to worry about. Another thing I can suggest is to go into a trance; if you can’t, try to reach the deepest state of relaxation possible and repeat to yourself that “in the most positive way for me, I pass the test/exam with total and complete success” and that “I approach my studies with serenity.” These two affirmations are still helping me a lot with university.

Good luck with your studies.

I feel exactly as you say, I go every day in trance but I will start the affirmations to be better, thanks for being interested in my thread ❤️

I understand this all too well, I used to be terrified of school when I was a teenager. Even though I had friends, I always felt alone and afraid. It got better when I dedicated, but I still had trouble. I think it was because I just had issues fitting in around with those around me, and I didn't like being forced into such a regimented environment. Plus, even though I didn't get particularly good grades, I always felt like the only student in the classroom that was actually trying to learn, all the others kids just spent most of the time being noisy and disruptive.

Frankly though in hindsight I don't really blame them, because personally I don't really think the current school system our society uses is all that good. Children get diagnosed with things like "ADHD" because they have trouble sitting in one place and listening to some boring teacher who hates their job and doesn't want to be there, it's stupid. Imagine being stuck in stuffy room when it's sunny and warm outside and you have to deal with that, it's torture. Plus there's the imposed anxiety of worrying about your grades, and being afraid that if you don't do well you'll never make it in life.

All this put together is basically just a perfect recipe for causing a great deal of unhappiness and stress in a lot of young people, so I get where you're coming from completely. All I can say is keep trying your best, and know that it won't last forever. Void meditation will definitely help though as well for sure.

thank you for your support and understanding. i just hope with all my heart that at least this year will pass as soon as possible. school started only a month ago and i am already destroyed both mentally and physically❤️

I went to italian highschool too. I was like you at first, with meditation it changed. You are afraid of the teacher's and maybe peer judgement. High school is like a jungle, nothing like real life, there are two social systems, one is based on how peer behaviour and the other is based on how teachers behave and treat you. To excel in mental health you must be able to ignore the pressure these people give you to act a certain way. There is pressure for you to act in the way these goyim want, you must free yourself from that fear, literally ignore it and be yourself.

I will add one more thing. This is the period of life where bad habits start, avoid unhealthy substances( smoke, alcohol, drugs), and other bad habits that other that don't want success do and want you to do the same.

you're right, unfortunately I can't do anything but endure and ask the Gods for help.❤️

as far as that goes I'm calm, my parents always taught me to stay away from all of this and now that my thinking has matured, thanks to Father Satan, I don't intend to get close to all of it😊

I would add the following. If you have some dream, you go for it. And when you go for it, you also should put directed effort towards it. By this, I would like to illustrate how knowledge is very important. I have no idea what the system of entrance to the university is in Italy, but if it has at least some traces with the country I live in, then the following might be necessary to look into.

If there are examinations (state organized or organized by universities themselves), they should also have the requirements for them. It happens so that requirements are pretty much different to the things you are expected to show at school. There might be cases when at school you would be better off with 60-70% of the maximum possible grade instead of going all out towards 100% if getting that 100% would take too much time for you. I know people who got 9-10 out of 10, and received 60-70 out of 100 during state examinations, because they were too focused on school subjects which were not even required during exams to know. And I know those who got 6-7 out of 10 at school, but excelled with 90-100 during the state examinations, because they have read the requirements, prepared according to them, and got the results desired.

One needs not just be consistent in his/her efforts, but also smart about them, and do what is really necessary to get the goal achieved. Opinions of other people will not get you towards your dream. Your results that are measurable will get you there. And your task is to find out how to get maximum results with the least effort, so you would both learn what is necessary, but also have a harmonic enough life, so you would be able to evolve at the pace you see fit for yourself.

Finally, I would put emphasis on the following. Aquarius mentioned correctly that you also might need to do the Introspective Meditation and Void Meditation to better understand yourself. What we can say are mostly educated guesses based on our experiences, but it is you who should discover the real cause of your anxiety. From my point of view, it appears you are unable to graciously handle uncertainty which relates to your attachment to the goal to get into the university, but this is only my guess, not facts. You can know better. Here are the links for you and those who would be interested in Introspection and Void meditations:
