I am new to spiritual satanism and recently started to practice chakra oppening exercises, but unfortunatelly could not figure out in each practice which chakra i should start and end up with.

Have you performed the dedication ritual? Because if you haven't and are trying to open your chakras, you are more open to enemy attacks.

The order to open each chakra is on JoS. Start with the third eye.

I have not done that but someone must help me. The rage is building inside me again I want to kill others and myself. I gone to the doctor sand its not working. Someone help.
