Hello.
For all my life, whenever I have decided on a career path, or for example to work out a few times a week and put an alarm clock (at a reasonable time) to make sure I start by doing that early in the day, I always have nightmares at night.

I do *not* ask insane things of myself. I make sure to not overwhelm me with crazy demands.
And yet, I always have nightmares.

I have done more than enough workings to get rid of obstacles that prevent me from achieving my goals, or living freely in this life. Why do these damn nightmares happen?
I do not believe they are enemy attacks, but my subconscious. Stressing out for no reason. Why does this happen? How can I prevent it?

I have thought about it rationally (not to stress, not to overdo things), I have tried to solve it spiritually, yet it still happens.

And the more days I work on my goals, the more nightmares and sleepless nights I have.

Nightmares or sleeping rough and waking up tired usually mean your body went to sleep, but your mind was still working. You carried unresolved issues with you to bed, and your subconscious tried to resolve them in your sleep.

You said you worked on yourself to remove any issues pertaining to that, but maybe it's your expectation that the nightmares will return regardless, that causes you to have them. Or the anticipation and dwelling on the task to carry out the next day is what you bring in your sleep, and that manifests itself in such a way. Do void meditation and fall asleep that way; completely empty your mind.

Next time, just meditate on yourself, and ask yourself why this keeps happening. If you can't come up with a reason, know that it is normal and natural for you to rest well and accomplish what you have set out for yourself.

I once had great difficulty entering trances and meditating because I was once psychically attacked by an enemy. I learned to fight back against the fear, using anger. However what truly cured me, was focusing with Electric Blue Fire and taking revenge on this entity. Either it is destroyed, or it knows not to fuck with me.

I did also use a freeing the soul working to remove any jewish influence upon me. Obviously RTRs should help as well.

Subconsciously I have had nightmares and sleep paralysis, and I find myself vibrating Satanas or calling out to Satan to awaken me. Anytime I do have the slightest feeling of fear due to my meditations, bad vibes haunting me, I use the same methods, Get Angry, remember the Gods, take action against the negative force.

Why do you think it is specifically about your plans you are having nightmares?

Because I always get nightmares when I start actively pursuing my goals.

Have you been protecting yourself properly before bed? Doing aura of protection, cleaning your soul and returning curses?

You could do extra affirmations like, "I am totally and completely safe in every way, from any enemy attacks and nightmares while I sleep"

This could just be an enemy attack, or negative karma coming out and messing with you.

You could also try doing the Freeing of the soul munka ritual to clear out that negative karma. 108 reps for 40 days. Or even 90, to 180 days if you can, and have time. It really does help! It has some mildly unpleasant side effects of certain personal things coming to a head that you have to face, but once you do it you'll feel so much better. And the Gods will protect you from the most of it during the ritual. You just got to stick with it.

Also try to meditate before bed and speak to Father Satan and your Guardian and release any worries or fears you may be feeling in conversation with them. Talking about things like this with them is important and always a good idea. You're not inconveniencing them by discussing your personal issues. Father Satan loves to hear from us. You can always confide in him and ask him and your guardian for extra protection as you sleep.

Good luck I hope everything gets better for you.
Hail Satan!

I think you have an issue with fear. You should work on overcoming your fears. Even in nightmares you should be in control. (And those nightmares will not be nightmares anymore)

I have nightmares sometimes too, a lot of it has to do with me healing my subconscious and fixing issues.

the advice HPS Maxine Dietrich gives with chamomile tea really does help make them less extreme, try finding a nice organic blend of chamomile tea, I use a brand from us-wellness.com origin of the flower is from Egypt.

"Very seldom does anyone throw a stone in the path of someone that is going nowhere."
My guess is you do not feel stability in your life right now and that is why the nightmares are occurring. That happens to me anyway i can have many night after night until I exhaust myself in waking life.

It takes a while to develop confidence in yourself and your abilities. You could call it “inner enemy” and mental backlash that comes with developing a new craft. Nightmares and stress are things that can wax and wane with varying degrees through life. It’s not even necessarily emotional. But unmet emotional needs are also real. Sometimes it’s hard to find the exact direction of the source of those things, then when we do find the source, sometimes that’s even harder to deal with. Pay attention to the dream content. Sometimes we just need to understand what is going on with ourselves. Not necessarily fix or dig into anything.
