Satanic Greetings.....

I want to ask about Hatha Yoga. I am following a 40-day meditation program (which will take me longer due to modifications I made). In the program, I am required to hold each pose for two breaths. My question is: Should I visualize energy entering my body during the pose, like in the Foundation Meditation?

I am performing all 15 poses except for the handstand, which I am unable to do.

The modifications I made to the program are related to chakra opening. After completing the Third Eye opening exercise with TAUM for five days, I decided to continue it. Additionally, instead of opening the seventh chakra for just one day, I will practice for seven consecutive days as mentioned on the website.

For any chakra I open, I will meditate on it simultaneously with the chakra currently being
opened.
 
By the way, I found a post by Priestess Lydia talking about yoga for the chakras. Is it something more advanced than full chakra meditation, or is it something completely different?

You can do this, or something else. It's good. Implying here that there are hardly wrong answers in comparison to right answers. With 'right' answers we must consider their situational nature, for example there are other options, such as breathing exercises as potential options, among other options on what to do during an asana other than to be in in it.

Partly the idea is to bring awareness for people to incorporate and further elevate asana practice in their paths. Beginner-friendly, so as long as asana in question is doable.
