One way you can do yoga of this site is do it twice in a row and leave out the savasana on the first round and then do the savasana after the second round also yoga is works with the breath you can do breath awareness one just focus on the breath going in and out of yours nose then focus on your lungs rising up and down you can imagin yourself filling the top or even middle part of the lungs then on the exhale focus on the breath coming out of the nose I find this works well
