A lot of emails i read on the JoS yahoo group end with a Hail Satan, i can understand why you would say that after your dedication, you're welcoming satan into your life, but every time you email? I'm just curious why people do this especially because when my parent found out i was a satanist and saw that the emails i had ended with Hail Satan, she was convinced that satanism is a cult. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
Hail Satan! and personally for me, i Hail Satan in the beggining of my post only because in my book he comes before all. and as to why ppl do every time they email, or post, or whatever, is b/c they are showing respect, gratitude, acknowledgement of our mighty Father Satan. this is just my view.

The OP seems to have some hang-up from xianity about saying Hail Satan. His mother obviously has NO idea what a cult is!!

I usually don't sign my posts with Hail Satan because I type very fast (which is why I make typos or miss some words occasionaly) and don't have lots of time so I leave this out. But I guess I'll start by now :)

Laveyans don't hail Satan, they only hail themselves, they say "Hail Thyself". They think thye're gods or something :)

It's to honor Him and show our respect. Why do xians end their emails like "yours in christ" or "praise jesus" in xian forums?Are they a cult?Well of course xianity is a cult but thye won't admit it, but your signature has nothing to do with a cult.

First, if you look up the definition of a cult, it says it is an organization which worships a charismatic leader, a physical person. Satan isn't a physical person, nor do we worship him in a RHP way. Your mother doesn't seem to understand what a cult is. Plus there are 3000+members here, cults are very small and secretive.

I was asking a simple question of why, ive only been dedicated for a year and am still quite new. No i'm not laveyan and don't wish to be i was just curious. From these many posts i can see why people say hail satan and yes i do usually end my emails with it. I was just curious why. Also nice rhyming garimevil.

Ever since I did the dedication to Satan like two weeks ago my life has really turned into something positive everything is really turning out the way I want it to be. I grew up in a tough life and what I once believing is no longer a belief for me cause it drained me... But I had a little incident yesterday and it had me down for the day I felt like someone betrayed me but I been hearing voices in my head (and I'm not crazy) but something was telling me it wasn't what it seems there's an explanation(talkin bout someone I liked for a long time now) and also today I was on the train i heard something telling me to be careful be aware and look around that I had enemies and just because it seem like they aren't looking they really are.. I been hearing a lot of voices that guides me to the right direction and everything been so positive the past two weeks except for that little incident with the guy I like(which I'm hoping the conflict we had can be
resolved...

hail satan,xians go ahead and get pissed
were all alive,were all the same
for all this corruption ur the one to blame(xians)
hail satan and his pain
for watching the human race become dumb and plain
this makes me sad,this is an eye sore
the human mind,it can become much more
i beg all please,please meditate
dont think about all this fight and hate
instead,learn to appreciate
hail satan and the hounds of hell
it took me a while to rhyme this well
hail satan,the one true god
nonbelievers may not believe it but he lives in us all.

if only we wer all the same religion:

Satan gives us the knowledge to acheieve these things ourselves, so that we may become indapendant. There are many different workings you can do to help you get a job.

Its important to note that Spiritual Satanism isn't about getting hand outs from Satan, nor is Satan here to give us all we desire cause we've dedicated. If this is your view on Satanism and the Dedication, you were very wrong. Satan wants us to become indapendant and teaches how we can.

You can ask the Gods for assistance, but you should put in your own effort too. They won't do everything for you.

Try using some occult. I'd use a Kabalistic square.
Supporting what En Haradren said, Father gives us knowledge on how to be independent, we don't get things for free.
