Last nights meditation went well for me. Visualizing the Green Energy
around the Heart Chakra came without trying, also visualizing the
position and alighnment seemed quite "natural"
I beleive firmly now that working down through the Chakra's is
deffinately more beneficial (in regards to awakening meditations).
Continued with the 666 breathing for some time after my Chakra
meditations and could see vague images amidst a colourfull array.
Had a great experience in my "dreams", but I'm going to keep the
details of which to myself as it was very personal.
I am very interested to see how the rest of the week goes.

I have a painting of the Cadaceus with the corresponding chackra's
along it, in colour, and I see it every day. The colours are seen
every day, so when I think Heart Chakra I see green. Paintings and
pictures can subliminaly impress an image in your mind. Close your
eyes and "visualize" the mona lisa for example. You can "see" it.
Thats what I mean, I think it helps.

I'm usualy okay with the colors though. The hardest thing for me is
the white gold.

think of the color I can see it but only in quick flashes. I can't
hold the image in my mind very long. It leaves and is hard to get back
without it taking a while.

Regular flame meditation works great for this. It sort of strengthens
your mind muscle for lack of better expression. At first its hard to
hold the flame still, after time it remains centered. And you find in
time you can hold the image for longer and longer periods. I truly
belive it is very beneficial. Also you can get images memories
thoughts, you can picture them clearly, and also replay them in your
mind. Honestly, its worth doing as often as possible and its simple
if you do it just before bed. Stare at the candle for the given time.
Blow the candle out, close your eyes, hold the flame for as long as
possible then until it dissapears.

White gold is hard for me to imagine too but i just do it.The easier way is to clean the aura drawing in the energy from the sun in the morning.Thats what a lot of Hindus do and its not powerful things ever but it just makes aura powerful and make you healthier.

your mind muscle for lack of better expression. At first its hard to
hold the flame still, after time it remains centered. And you find in
time you can hold the image for longer and longer periods. I truly
belive it is very beneficial. Also you can get images memories
thoughts, you can picture them clearly, and also replay them in your
mind. Honestly, its worth doing as often as possible and its simple
if you do it just before bed. Stare at the candle for the given time.
Blow the candle out, close your eyes, hold the flame for as long as
possible then until it dissapears.

When its not sunny out, close your eyes, relax, and visualize a warm
spring day with the sun's rays heating up your skin. Feel the heat of
the sun. Let it clean your aura. You don't need to be physically in
"contact" with the sun to draw energy from it. It is still there, just
find the energy by feel and draw it towards you.

For me its best when its not sunny outside. Many people have cancer when they stay outside on hot sunny day. Usually its best to try yoga at morning and then meditate on the rising sun.

Ref: Rev Jonathon's Father's Grail Meditation.

I think the season is quite fortunate for this meditation in the UK.
When its autumn/winter, and the frosts settle, you get beautifully
clear nights, cold and crisp. Perfect for the Moon, and on a clear
cold day, you can feel the warmth of the sun, perhaps closer than in
the summer as your being moves towards the heat.
Just an observation.
