Getting back ex and repair relationship

Hello brothers and sisters. I had some problems in my relationship with my gf, I was not treating her as good as she deserved, she told me again and again and I ended up pushing her to the moment that she now wants a break with our relationship, and she also does not believe that I can change and become a better person. I love her very much, and I really want our relationship to continue and to understand and treat her better. What do you advice me to do? I would like to perform a working to free my soul from any obstacle that make me a bad partner and a working to get her back to me and understand that we can be happy together, but I dont know which time to choose for the last working, since I dont see any particulr time for a love working. Maybe something to free her from any blockage and pain that I gave her and to be free to come to me again.

Honestly, she's probably tired of asking several times, you yourself have realized the mistake you made with her and the pain you caused her, that's a great step. I'd say let her live her life and then you can work on being a better person for your next relationship. Because what I see and what usually happens, people don't change overnight and sometimes you can end up acting the same way you were acting with her before without even meaning to, so promising her in desperation and fear of her making the final decision to break up with you, you can end up resulting in more frustration...I'm not saying you shouldn't work on it, you absolutely should.
