Gem stones

Does anyone know if the stone size to use for workings and to wear as jewlery matters? I've been studying about them but haven't seen anything about sizes to use. Does it really matter? I have little stones and a few tiny stones.

i would thing bigger stones would store more energy but honestly the shape is very significant. pointed crystals for example can be used to direct energy

I have never worked with gemstones, even though I had slight interest at the times. But be aware that gemstones on themselves have no energy or very little, you have to charge them with energy first before doing any kind of work with them.

And before charging energy they should be cleaned. I think this has been mentioned by Lydia in some topic about the same subject in the past so by searching you could find more info.
