If anyone is to have Facebook, don't even login from the same browser into Facebook and anything else, let alone anything "Conspiracy" based.

Download Brave browser for your phone, or something similar, and log into Facebook from this. Keep the two entirely separate.

As for any other searching etc, use Tor Browser mobile, or another browser.

Don't exaggerate your situation with delusions, these people should be avoided, it's very doubtful that 100 people just out of the blue are cursing you, and npcs don't have the soul power to send negative energy with their thoughts.
