firey energy in brain

ive been doing the ky kriyas "to raise the kundalini in quick order",and at the end when I press my tongue on the roof of my mouth my head fills up with bright yellow light,and it feels like electricity going through a wire, not fire, but hot enough to start one, or better put not flames but hot electric current and it wells up in the back of my brain then fills my head with the most intense feeling ive ever had, and it doesn't seem to be nerve sensations or anything like that, am I  going to prematurely raise my kundalini? please let me know quick as that could be catastrophic

You shouldnt want the kundalini to rise quickly, specially if you havent opened and empowered all your chakras.
May I ask what ky kriyas are you doing?

As for doing all of the meditations. It would be better if you asked someone more advanced than I am.

It is my opinion that you pick certain meditation specific to your Soul that will help you complete the Magnum Opus.

Of course, this would all be guided by either Father Satan, or your Guardian Demon/Demoness.

Ok thanks that makes sense. Right now I have ten specific meditations I do in the morning and night with some in the afternoon. Plus yoga twice a day. Then ill move on with different things keeping he essentials and yoga for 40 days and so on so that works right?
