I've looked up some of the falun dafa or falun gong topics on the jos forums, many SS seem to have positive views of them, especially at the fact that have conservative views that oppose race-mixing and homosexuality and the fact that the communists banned them from their own homeland. In my earliest of days here on the forum, I often referred to the Falun Gong as a "Satanic Chinese movement", but I must now retract from such a statement. I know the former oriental hp, Lucius Oria had an article on them as well.
Now I understand, non-SS can't be looked up and judged by SS standards. However many of the teachings I've found within the falun gong is legitimately dangerous. This isn't just a case of "some" off-sounding teachings here and there, as even advanced SS have disagreed on certain topics, but the amount of false teachings is enough to make one have a negative suspicion of them.
Couple months ago, I bought myself their main book - Zhuan Falun.
Although their information on alchemy and meditation, as well as their exercises is to be respected and praised, however they are also riddled with right-hand-path garbage teachings, as well as hypocrisy, and teachings resembling the many spiritual trash that the JoS has warned about. This is straight-up from their book, not just something someone said online about them, from the horse's own mouth themselves.
These are the summary of everything from their Zhuan FAlun book, which disturbingly is eerily identical to enemy bible teachings.
Their main leader, Li Hongzhi is also known to spread fear among their followers that many of his astral bodies, which act like a spiritual surveillance of some sort - will attack and punish students if they introduce other spirituality into their practice, even if it's non-jewish. I find this quite contradicting to his claim of "peaceful pacifism and not fighting back against wrongdoers". Rabbi Li Hongzhi perhaps (or Pastor Li Hongzhi assuming he's a Gentile Chinese)?
When reading Zhuan Falun, sometimes I felt like I was reading the enemy bible all over again, brought a very, very sour taste in my mouth. Sometimes this makes me question if the Falun Gong is just a neo-Christian or a "Taiping" movement under the guise of Chinese spirituality, or worse....controlled opposition by the CCP, seeing as to how eerily similar their teachings are with enemy bible and communist filth. They have admitted that their teachings are heavily Buddhist-based, so that's very telling. With such a shitty pacifistic doctrine, I'm not necessarily sure how the Chinese will re-conquer their homeland from the CCP.
I also don't see how someone can claim to embrace or promote Chinese civilization, to which Li Hongzhi and the Falun Gong claim to do - and yet, oppose the usage of the occult to build civilization under the guise that it is "evil and worldly attachment". Like....how do they think the Tang dynasty and the various Imperial dynasties were built or all spiritual gentile empires?
Reminds me of American Christians who claim to promote American/European civilization, and then turn back and oppose technological advancements or national socialism because "muh rabbi says it's evil and gentile empires are evil".
That's my analysis, take this how you wish to.

- Followers are to "turn the other cheek", or as they quote "not hit back when hit" (yet....their property in NY is guarded by armed private security)
- Killing animals for food is a sin, or killing anything (that'll surely make for delicious humans to enemy ETs - again, you're a sinner if you defend your family from a crazed murderer in that retrospects)
- Lustful feelings and sexual enjoyment is seen as an "evil worldly attachment" (huh....sounds eerily identical to Matthew 5:28?)
- Using energy practices for personal goals like wealth or sexual desires is an "evil and forebidden worldly attachment" (yet...they own a private 427-acre complex in New York, not sure what's the size of that or if that's large, reminds me of megachurch pastors and their private empires)
- Nationalism and use of occult for social and political issues is denounced and seen an "evil intent" (sounds a lot like John 18:36, yet....at the same time, they run a nationalist conservative news outlets the Epoch Times and New Tang Dynasty Television where they endorsed Donald Trump and the Republican Party, and also like to get involved in European and American far-right politics)
- Followers are forebidden from healing people
- Black magick is forbidden and heavily denounced (by the FG's token, we're all "sinners" by doing RTRs and exacting justice on wrongdoers with black magick)
- The world is "evil" and you shall not love it, abandon this world it's evil.....we came to "save you from this world".....blah blah blah.....(wow....1 John 2:15 anyone?)
