Extreme Heavy Pressure at Chest

I need an advise or explanation in regarding the problem I have encountered. I tried to solve it by myself but I realize that it is better ask veterans anyway…

Well everytime(routine) I do the runinc meditation on specific chakras like on sun chakra as expected little by little I starting to feel energy is building up . now at this point this is normal since this is the purpose of mediatation then after a several minutes of process something weird happen…

As if my heart chakra is absorbing the energy I build up for sun chakra I could feel heavy VERY HEAVY buzzing (like there is 2kg and slightly grounded dumbel above chest) sensation at the middle of chest and extends to the arm pits (shoulder chakra?)

At first I just ignored it and tried to put attention at the chakra im focusing at but I realize its DISTRACTING and I can't focus properly

I came up with the idea that maybe I have a blockage at heart chakrabut … I've been meditating on heart and sun chakra for long time and not to mention its also happen on other chakra… what doesn't make me sense that even at 6th chakra vibrating ISIS mantra its happens

I also came up with the idea that this might something to do with "LINK" that HP Vovim Baghie talking about….its starting to annoys or worries me…I believe this is the good time to ask assistance from Gd but… I don't even know who is my GD (or if I have one..) and im not good at using pendulum or oujia in addition that im not desperate know it anyway as long as I have faith that their guiding me is good enough to me…now back to the topic…what do you think guys? Any advise?

In the end the only thing I can do is, my motto:

You should definitely find out who your Guardian
Demon is, they can help you the most when you are going through troubling times
such as these. Sounds to me like you have energy that is trapped inside you,
more specifically the chakras you are feeling the problem with. This could be
due to blockages as you mentioned, and it is dangerous. Or it could be that the
chakras above or below are blocked depending on which chakra you are referring
to.
Make sure all of your chakras are properly aligned.
Try the Directing Energy meditation, and Circulating Energy. The Twin Serpent
meditation also helps to balance your energies. Also, make sure you are doing
Both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga each and every day along with Alternate Nostril
Breathing. Just as a side note warning though, once you start doing both yogas
everyday along with the alternate nostril breathing technique if you stop doing
them you can give yourself depression, so be mindful of this. Another easy
thing that you can try is saying either in your mind or out loud:
"So...Hum", doing this several times will balance out your Ida and
Pingala energies. Everytime I do it I feel energy flow up then down, up on the
right side and then down on the left. This is just my personal experience, I
don't know what you will feel.
I don't feel that you have any links
attached to you based on what you described. The enemy can use those for psychic
harassment as well as emotional manipulation. It's always a good idea to try
Severing the links everyday, even if they aren't there, this will ensure that
they don't get attached for very long. I hope I helped you with this issue.

Greetings. I have personally had many experiences where I have felt similar aches in my chest. I have also freed myself of it in numerous ways, although not all of it was for negative reasons. One of the things that helped me was doing the "connecting to the earth" meditation given on HP Vovim Baghie's website Ago of Satan, with sepcial attention to burning clean my chest. It took some persistance, but it did the trick well. Another thing that worked for me was the Mer Ka Ba meditation. As HP. Maxine Dietrich constantly says, persistance is important. I wish to add that self trust is also very important.
