Can anyone give me some advice on healing and freeing myself of erectile dysfunction?

I don't have a porn addiction, I have healthy attitudes towards sex and I also exercise. My work has been stressful, really stressful as I live abroad and I'm unable to visit home right now, if I do risk losing my job because I might not be able to come back to the country I'm in and theres not many jobs back home.

I've been to two international hospitals, both times they couldn't not find anything physical wrong with me. My hormones are balanced, I don't have diabetes or any heart conditions. I'm a healthy guy.

I'm not sure if it's entirely psychological, I do have a feeling something is being missed by my doctors.

Unless one has a working knowledge on healthy on many levels, something will be missed. That's western medicine...
Can you go into detail about the nature of ED? How old are you? How long has this been occurring?

Read this article for an overview of ED. If you look at the middle of the article, it mentions 3 common potential causes.

You mention stress and the first thing that came to my mind is kidney deficiency. Since you exercise, it is less likely that you suffer from damp-heat in the lower part of the body or stagnation of the liver. This leaves kidney yang deficiency.

I would recommend supplementing with ashwaganda, maca, or cinnamon and making a habit of pushing the Kidney-3 acupoint. Hold the point more or less as long as possible, with moderate pressure. Make sure to eat enough for a better healing response. Last, but not least, make sure to get to bed before 11pm to maximize your rest and also limit caffeine. When you get the time, sleep-in in the mornings as long as you need.

I'm 27, I got diagnosed with varicoceles (varicose veins in the scrotum), I went ahead and had a surgery that tied off the varicocele. Before the surgery, I started developing erectile problems.

This all started in December 2021 (diagnosis, surgery, dysfunction) and has lasted up until now.

Can you choose which of the types of Varioceles that you had from below?:
