I asked this problem in another topic, but im posting this here so i hope i will get more answers. When i do energy meditation i absorb energy but when i spread it in my aura i felt a little energy than again i spread energy in my aura and i felt nothing, it is like i did nothing. Is here anyone who has the same problem and found out what to do to fix it. Please if you know what to do answer. Thanks!
