After starting the Lakshmi mantra + munka + yoga practice, I noticed a significant increase in how often I need to urinate. Is this normal? Should I reduce the number of repetitions? All my medical tests are normal...

Is this question for real? You're really thinking you're urinating more cuz of some let's say even increased energy level within your body/soul? I doubt.
If you're encountering issues such as being too tired and exhausted or drained of energy then you should consider asking question.

One way this can happen is through stress to the Kidney system (by TCM theory). The kidneys act as battery packs for our energy, therefore under higher workloads, they may become stressed. As they also help control the water in the body, when weakened they may not filter/retain as much, instead allowing it to leave as urine. We see this in diabetics who also suffer from this; they are weakened and therefore cannot retain water well. The same can happen in cases of diarrhea.

The presence of other symptoms will show if this is truly the case:

Higher spiritual work output can tax the body, too, but it does not appear as directly as physical labor. For example, there have been times I would do too much work then crash right after (not advisable). After waking from sleep, I would still be a bit tired. Another example could be after doing intense deep cleaning, where a period of fatigue would arrive soon after, despite that I was only sitting in a chair and chanting, not running around or lifting weights.

Workings are acts of transformation and can be seen as an output of energy. While you may feel the energy outside of you, you are still directing it into a "work project" and therefore spending it. This is different than if you were simply empowering your soul, such as chakra spinning.

If you are getting good results from the spiritual work, such as your working, then continue, but make sure to include periods of recharging your energy. In theory, the yoga should recharge you, so perhaps place it between your two workings.
