Effects of meditation

I have a question regarding advancement through meditation.

When you meditate constantly, you can really feel the effects. Not only on the energy levels, aura, your chakras and so on, but on the effects of meditation on your psyche and character.

You become emotionally more stable, stay calm and composed when others around you are not, feel stronger and also wiser, as understanding and insight about different things just come to you naturally. All of the above are natural effects of meditation.

If you slack and stop meditation for a while, all of the above vanishes again. You become a totally different person, for the very worse.

Is there an explanation to this? Or does anyone has some comments towards this?

It probably has to do with consistency of energy and waves.

In nature everything is sort of like a trickle down system. It takes more time for environments to progress upwards because it builds and is layered.

Its similar with meditation you build layers and pathways that your psyche becomes more complex and flexible with but also reliant on. like if you take a animal out of its habitat if it’s specialized enough it won’t survive.

It’s probably the same with the mind and soul if you aren’t moving forward your going backwards.

It was pretty uncanny to me as well one day I just didn’t have time to do yoga, (been doing it twice a day) the next day I got into a sort of depressed state but as soon as did yoga my mood bounced up like night to day. Because considerable nourishment was removed it caused a rapid decline.

Greeting Brother,

I have to respectfully disagree with this part of your post. Based on my personal experience it is definitely not so. It may look like it to someone who hasn't spent much time engaging in meditation but you surely know better.

It is in a way like building muscle where if you stop working out or lifting it slowly starts atrophying but the difference is that with meditation there's a level below which some of the beneficial effects will not go.

We've all slacked and been inconsistent with meditation and felt the returning to a lesser state of being more or less severely. There is no power that would stop us from building back up from where we are. No enemy activity, depression, disability or health issue is strong enough to stop a dedicated SS from advancing, not even death although the last one can seriously disrupt our progress.

Also, meditation by itself is not enough to produce a completely balanced person. The eightfold nature of our path makes for an all encompassing solution to the equation of life.

Discipline is what I struggled with for a long time and it sure helps in cases where one is often straying from the way that brings us closer to the Gods.

Well, yeah you don’t go ALL the way back of course. But to me the difference of consistent meditation (there are times where I meditate for (5-6hrs a day for a very good amount of time) to no little to no meditation, is very immense.

when I can feel my aura powerfully just sitting and talking to people, I feel very composed and strong. I only feel like this if I meditated prior to this.

I think this is due to what Satan said to HPS Maxine: "When you meditate you raise yourself to an higher level of existence." This is not theoretical, from my experience, but very practical. When we meditate we are on an higher frequency, and we attract thoughts, events, emotional states and people of that frequency. Also when you feed your chakras with energy, they start working on issues that you're not aware of, all the areas they rule over are strengthened and you feel just good all around as you said brother.

The thing about Meditation and Spirituality is that they're not like physical training in the slightest. Skipping even a couple of days brings you back a lot, and you feel it. Let alone skipping weeks and months. Being consistent is key.

I think Meditation to the soul is much more like "food" first and foremost, than it is like "training". Our souls need Meditation, it's essential to our wellbeing.

Maybe it's just me 'cause the effects of these things can be individual to a degree but what you describe I get from a very quick void + Satanas on the go. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but getting used to being in a quasi constant meditative state is something to strive for. A mechanism that prevents us from stagnating or regressing too much, a sort if an alarm/reminder us very useful for these situations. It really makes a difference.

It could be that you need specific work done on the social aspect of communication. Just a thought. Whatever the case, I'm sure you'll get there. Perseverance and finding the right approach.

Wish I had 5-6 hrs a day for meditating or anything for that matter.

Kinda hard to climb up, so easy to fall back down.

I would say what you are experiencing is normal, dear Brother. Just try not to fall and you'll be fine. :))))

I agree with this, I do this often and I see the difference. I breathe energy in my chakras, I strengthen my AoP, I try to keep the mental void and so on during the day. It's like you keep feeding your soul a little bit throughout the day, and the next time you sit down to meditate you have much better energy senitivity and focus, because you stayed spiritually strong, instead of forgetting everything. I also feel much better all around when I do it.

I'm also quite sure that keeping your energies high during the day makes you more powerful in all situations. All of this is absolutely not a substitution to the meditations done at home, it's just an addition.

Thank you for your input my dear Sister! :)

I was just wondering what the reason would be for this. But this is probably something highly practical and not theoretical. And probably also different to an extent for each individual.

I agree with both of you. When I was meditating a lot a day, I was constantly feeling my soul strongly and felt much stronger as a result.
I might need to get to this point again.

Thank you!

In those days where you feel like doing nothing, maybe you are sick, or just tired, remember that doing even a little bit like 10/15 minutes is much better than doing nothing. This is also good mentally because you didn't skip a day and you don't feel like you have to get back on track. You keep the momentum going.

I agree, the most important thing in spirituality is continuity. From my personal experience, if I don't meditate even for one day, I feel that my chakras become weaker and the vibration decreases.

When I get into meditation, I always want to meditate for an hour at least haha

Exactly! This is also a way to trick your brain to do stuff, you say it's only for 10 minutes, but then you always end up doing way more. Getting started is the hardest part.
