Yes of course. Years ago one of our HPs even stated that most times our GD is of the opposite sex.And, others correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you have more than 1 GD. You can freely communicate and build a rapport with many Demons, but only one is assigned as your Guardian.

Patrons/Guardians, Sorath and Andras. There are many Brethren who have
more than one Guardian. Why this is so, I do not know, I only know
that it is so. I adore both of my beloved, brilliant, beautiful Patron
Daemons! So wise and fierce!

Yes of course, as one of our HPs wrote a few years back, most of the time our GD will be of the sex we are most (I use most to include bi-sexual members) attracted to. I posted earlier that our GDs are usually of the opposite sex, but that's obviously not true of gay and lesbian members.
Also, I'm pretty sure you only have one Guardian Demon. You may feel a rapport towards many of our Gods/Goddesses, but only one is assigned to you as Guardian.

Guardians. They outright told me so. And I personally know of several
Brethren who have more than one Guardian, as I stated. This is fact!

% paganini66688@... I tend to agree with Allison about the number of Guardian Demons a person can have. You’re not assigned an individual “case worker”. Many eyes are watching over you. I still don’t know “all” the Human and Demon Guardians I have. I’m not going to get into the details for security reasons, but yes, definitely completely normal to have more than one. And when you’ve successfully pissed off the enemy enough that they send some serious insect pedophiles your way to try to seriously fuck you up; a whole bunch of guardians and helpers will show up at your doorstep. You may not be aware of this happening yet, but it does. It might be that your Guardian Demon is in tight communication with all of your other Guardians, and your current Guardian is simply handling communications for everybody so that it’s easier “for you” to communicate. There could be lots of things going on there. I’d be willing to bet serious money that your support structure is much much bigger. Don’t worry about anybody being right or wrong in regard to this. You will definitely find out for absolute certain, either way on your own, eventually. And it will be really good news.

I haven't read the rest of the posts, but Allison, I totally resonate with you as these two Gods are the two who are closest to MY heart as well, whom I love and feel so close to. I don't want to presume that they are my Guardians....I don't know for sure. Though, I love the two of them so much, I talk to the both of them and feel so close to them! Andras and Sorath in my mind are both my best Friends and my Guardians. I painted Portraits of both of them and they hang on my wall over my Altar with Satan's Portrait.

Meaning, the straight man has a female Guardian, the homosexual man has a male Guardian. Even the most evenly split of bisexuals have a preference. If you’re a bisexual woman who likes other women just a little bit more than men, chances are you’ll have a female Guardian. I believe this pattern has to do with what you’re most comfortable with.

To continue this semantic argument...getting help, protection and advice from more then one Demon/Demoness, and feeling a kinship towards them does not make them all your GD, in my opinion.

Paganini, it has been said many times that it is completely ordinairy to have multiple guardian demons.
Most of the time Gods are very busy, they have many people they watch over and they have many duties, so you can have multiple guardians if you aren't able to defend yourself well yet, or if you simply have close relations with multiple Gods so that one can have time for you if the others are busy.
The named Gods on the JoS are all very high ranking Gods, with many subordinate Gods working for them, those high ranking Gods are often busy and if you are in need of protection but they are unable to come they can send a suborditate God of theirs to you.
The relationship between you and God whom is your guardian is very different from the relationship you have with a God whom is your friend. The person will often know themselves whether the God in question is a guardian or a friend they have made later.
My Guardian is Lady Astaroth, and I have asked questions about this topic a lot to her. She personally told me those things I explained above. In my case with Lady Astaroth, she is a very busy Goddess, so often if I am in need of assistance or if I have certain questions when she is busy she sends a subordinate god or goddess to come on her behalf.
Gods can also send a part of themselves, as an avatar to you. They can multitask like that, by splitting of a part of their being and sending it instead of comming to us with their full selves.
Your guardians will reveal themselves to you when the time is right. You can learn later of other Gods or Goddesses who are guardians, even years after having known of one of your guardians already.

My guardians are Samigina and Crocell. Samigina used to be more active with me when I was new. Crocell came later. She was the one who returned me to the path of SS. To quote Her words: "you have no idea what we have pulled you out of". Yes, I messed up badly. Drugs, to make story short. Turns out I was in greater danger than I was aware of.
By the end of November, I've celebrated Her days. She was so thankful. Gave me so much energy in return.
