I have always done it like SSS sort of like the hiss of a snake, llllllll I sensed the energy or the rune so this has got to be at somewhat right, So far as sigils, I don't know I said if you make a sigil thats means you don't have to, I don't know yet how to make sigils I can't understand the process, but I use them for example when they are provided in several of the Monthly Destruction rituals.

Sorry for the bad spelling/missing words my internet when I hit post it went to this page cannot be displayed strange at least part of my post I guess got through what I also meant to say - the stupid lllll whatever that is is (Yahoo groups has been giving me strange error messages like this group is not valid too when I click to read someones messages from time to time so I don't know whats going on but its workable still for the most part) that during the ritual I sense the runic energy so I know I am at least part way (I should have said mostly) right in pronunciation anyways you can find that here: http://www.666blacksun.com/Runes/Runic_ ... ation.html

Well, I just did this ritual, and it was very cool. I really feel
jazzed! Didn't go quite according to plan; the paper did not want to
burn. So, I completed the ritual and waited about two hours, then
burnt the paper. Go figure. After the ritual it decides to burn. Oh
well. What matters is that I did it. I feel great! Good to be doing my
