empowering it. If this is done correctly, you will feel on each
side
of your third eye, energy going into your eyeballs. This should
strengthen the sight. I am not basing this on experience, just
reason. I have read and know where people have developed visual
problems who are psychic and have the gift of second sight which

This breathing through the third eye can be done as often and as
much as you like and this should open and establish an energy

a black gap...
a sort of mini black hole pops up
like the reality field I am looking at gets a hole in it.
and no more.
I will be looking at one area and in some conversation or
doing an
activity.
and The room gets intensely brighter.
I have always been able to see someone and sort of scan their
body

without someone telling me if they are in my presence I will
ask

On a side note, the eyes can become strained just like any other body
part if overworked, inadvertantly or otherwise. Too much image
concentration to induce trance or too much third eye meditation that
inadvertantly stresses out your regular eyes can lead to eye strain
and related fatigue and energy blockages in the general region. I'm
not sure if this applies to anyone, but it is worth mentioning. Also,
weak chi in certain organs and/or blockages of certain meridians can
lead to weakness along any of the areas through which those meridians
run.

I've been having problems in the eyes, like wake up with tumefaction
in the eyes and redishness in the area close to the iris, and pain
too. Today I woke up better because last night one of my eyes was very
red, and I'm starting to realise that when I see shapes in the air,
later on, probably my eyes are going to get a bit red. Today I did
meditations on the 3rd eye and related chakras and meditated on sounds
for a long time and the meditations worked really well, but now the
redishness came back.
I hope today I can finally see a doctor.
Do you know if these symptoms can be dangerous? What is a good way of
strenghten the chi in certain organs?

On a side note, the eyes can become strained just like any other body
part if overworked, inadvertantly or otherwise. Too much image
concentration to induce trance or too much third eye meditation that
inadvertantly stresses out your regular eyes can lead to eye strain
and related fatigue and energy blockages in the general region. I'm
not sure if this applies to anyone, but it is worth mentioning. Also,
weak chi in certain organs and/or blockages of certain meridians can
lead to weakness along any of the areas through which those meridians
run.

associated third eye organs, these can have a defecit in energy.
It would stand to reason, everyone here should have open hand
chakras and knowing how opening the hand chakras has created an
energy route that is open and permanent. The same can be done
through the third eye, by breathing into the third eye and
empowering it. If this is done correctly, you will feel on each
side
of your third eye, energy going into your eyeballs. This should
strengthen the sight. I am not basing this on experience, just
reason. I have read and know where people have developed visual
problems who are psychic and have the gift of second sight
which
is
the open third eye.
This breathing through the third eye can be done as often and
as
much as you like and this should open and establish an energy
uptake
to the eyes.

on and off this still happens....the last time it happened I
visualized bright blue light and did the eye exercises and
breathing
methods and it helped much faster than before...
But spiritual or on a different level what began taking
place
was
what I hoped.
I began seeing things that I had not seen before.
Not extreme ...on most 95% of the time and not anything,
but "out
of place" for lack of a better word.
an example...
I would be sitting down just meditating outside...staring off
at
the grass the bushes and suddenly
a black gap...
a sort of mini black hole pops up
like the reality field I am looking at gets a hole in it.
and no more.
I will be looking at one area and in some conversation or
doing an
activity.
and The room gets intensely brighter.
I have always been able to see someone and sort of scan their
body
and see for example a darkness right in an area they are having
problems with ...
without someone telling me if they are in my presence I will
ask
them if the question is permitted...
"do you have chest pain or get pain in upper chest area?"
"...yes! " they will say surprised...and other healers have
this
ability it isn't a big deal
but now I will see more to do with them...which is
interesting
as I will also not just sense a bad vibe when I enter in a
room or
see someone but will see the energy and light energy and more
of
a
3D experience verses just the sense or vibe
so along with my migraines came eye deals and also balance
shifted
in ears...
brief example the shift of total hearing outage in one ear
and
loudness in other
and then back to normal without any really huge control
factor
on
my part.
Hearing of other sounds...
not just light sounds but
more sounds in the air....not just the annoyance of high
pitch
or
of the computer sounds...or the fridge or of the radio static
behind
the clear transmission
but more waves of all sorts at a higher definition.
All senses more intensified ...great feeling! especially when
you
get this going 24/7
although of course Diet/exercise/Rest/Meditate all important
towards supporting your higher elevated self.
