So I just started the working on my sacral chakra yesterday evening when I was doing my meditation routine. I would also like to note that I am 3 1/2 years clean from drug addiction. During my first 3 years I did not have dreams at all. Since I came to Father Satan I started having dreams again but couldn’t remember them. Last night I dreamed that I was possessed and that a demon was talking through me. It wasn’t a bad dream. I do not remember any vivid details though. Is this normal?

Kudos for having freed yourself from drugs.

Even so-called soft drugs, such as marijuana, prevent users from remembering their dreams and make them spiritually impaired, greatly slowing down or preventing progress in this area. Fortunately, Demons can help with these problems, solving cases that seem unsolvable.

It is normal, with consistent meditation your dreams will become more and more vivid and you will probably have lucid dreams frequently and spontaneous astral projections.

I wouldn't jump on the hypothesis of an enemy attack. Some things that we culturally call "possessions" attributing them to Demons, are just invocations.

Before deciding whether the dream is of enemy origin, I would suggest that you remember it. Even write it down as soon as you wake up, etc. It may also be that your dream is just a dream determined by your worries and that it has nothing to do with Satan or the Enemy.

Anyway, congratulations on your meditation program. Personally, every time I have a scary nightmare or something like that, in the nightmare I scream "Satan!" and I wake up instantly. There were nightmares where I couldn't speak and maybe I dreamed that they were doing bad things to me and I had no voice, in those cases I couldn't scream, but even thinking "Satan!" made me wake up instantly. I recommend addressing Satan often as if he were exactly a protective Father (also because that's exactly what he is).

You can also talk to the Guardian Demon about your situation even if you don't know who he/she is.
