I don't see how you can equate transgenderism and homosexuality. Transgenderism is an identity that people with mental disorders adopt, while homosexuality is nothing but a sexual preference. You are born homosexual, you are not born transgender.
Transgender people have a mental disorder because they cannot accept that they were born in a specif biological sex.

I think trans people were born into their body for a specific purpose. I don't really get the thing where "i'm a woman in a man's body, so now i need to be a woman for reals and do surgery to be a woman". If you really have definitive proof that you are a woman in a mans body. Just wait it out and meditate and really figure it out.
