refined white sugar is extremely unhealthy.
Eat NON refined foods (example of REFINED meats that you should not eat: hamburger meat pads, sausage, minced meat, NON refined: steak, beef...), cook with non refined things (non refined cane sugar, non refined virgin olive oil, coconut oil, or fat but not with sunflower oil).
Eat vegetables and fruits as an adding, not fries. I don't have any information about rice, original good quality ones might be okay from japan, but not from china. Grains should also be avoided.
If you want sweets, eat dark chocolate that is at least 70% chocolate. You can eat as many honey as you want, and non refined cane sugar is also fine.
Raw milk is also healthy, that which didn't go trough any heat treating, pasteurization, UHT, or any of these treating that you can buy in big stores usually. Goat milk I think might be even better.
Generally, the more nature, organic, non refined, and so on, the food is, the healthier. For example getting your minerals from herbs and organic food is better than synthetic pills. Organic supplements are better than synthetic ones.
And so on.
Now that you know what you should eat, or what is healthy (there is more to this but this is just a general guideline, I also don't know everything), program your mind in a deep meditative state that you only eat things that are healthy for you.
"I eat things that are healthy for me and I only desire these foods, in the most beneficial way for me".
