I don't know if you know this or not. But here in the US many people get sued sometimes this country is sue happy.(lawsuits FYI). IF a person helps a person on the street .

That's thanks to the retarded laws and enforcement of them in this country. That's one of the reasons why the "Bystander effect" exists. Shit happens and people just do nothing thanks to the retarded laws that exists.

In some if not many cases people have been arrested and or sued whichever is worse for helping a person. The only thing we can readily do is use a smartphone call 911 and let them deal with it.

Again this isn't horrible or bad or anything. Stop wasting time watching shit that normally happens. This is normal it happens almost all the time. Best thing to do if it happens call 911. If the person is asking for help or begging for help. You tell them exactly that "I don't wish to get sued or arrested but I'm calling 911 please stop spending energy on talking to me and wait and hold yourself till they come".
