Do lab-grown crystals work in a magical sense?

Do lab-grown crystals work in a magical sense? Because lab-made stones have the very same chemical structure and the very same molecular arrangement as the stones found in nature. They are exactly the same physically, so I think they can hold energy just like crystals formed in nature over millions of years, because they get the real power from their molecular arrangement and chemistry. But there's no doubt that crystals formed over millions of years in nature are charged with the elemental and planetary energies of the earth. What do you think? Could the laboratory crystals work as well? Can we use them in spells?

I am not a pro with gems etc. But I highly doubt that you can get the same results with plastic gems, compared to natural gems.

The earth is full of yin energy that is flowing through nature, just as space is. So Gems formed in the universe and inside the earth are packed with yin.

You can buy cheap gems online, that are neither cut nor pure, for the fraction of the price for pure and cut gems. I‘d rather use them.

A lineage from China in taoist/kungfu teachings, uses blades that are made out of iron and nickel from Meteorites, and meteorites only, as they are packed with yin. Just like the core of the earth, which is also full of yin and iron/nickel.

Good question. Lab grown crystals are made with a seed crystal, which could be a natural crystal, so theoretically they should be the same, besides not being charged from being buried in the earth, which you can do yourself.

You should experiment with this and see what you find out. Can you feel a difference between synthetic and natural crystals?

You basically answered to your own questions here. The difference between the two types of crystals is undeniable.

A lab-made crystal cannot replace a natural one, charged with the energies of earth for at least thousands of years.

You can use them for magick, of course, like you'd use amulets, but they won't be as strong. Natural ones are generally a little more expensive but it is worth it.

They are basically the same thing. Only difference is that natural crystals might already contain energy they absorbed over millions of years, synthetic gems are sort of a blank slate

I think you mean prana, not yin. Because many have yang, not yin.

No I do mean yin. But as I said, I have no clue about this topic, and only know a few things from books. (which can be wrong information)

Btw, canyou maybe explain me how to discern Yin from Yang in the body? (if ur not allowed to do so, then it’s fine as well)

Iron is yin? My thought would be that it's yang. Many crystals and metals are yang, masculine and fiery energy, not feminine (yin). Crystals have prana, Qi, but many are not yin.

Other members have posted more on yin and yang, but essentially, the fire, air, dry, upward, outward energy is yang. Yin is heavy, damp, sweet, downward, inward. This is only a very brief description, you can find more with the search bar.
