Chanting is repting a word over and over. This has some kind of vibrations but it's not as powerful as vibration.

Vibration is extending the sound of each letter of a word, like Surya become SSSS-UUU-RRRR-YYY-AAA. And this is the most powerful, chanting is no where as powerful as this. Of course try and see for yourself, read on Jos how to do it.

Obviously it has to be avoided. Maybe It wasn't clear in my post but it has been said before that this has some kind of vibrations and this is why the people's that use it (after chanting the mantra something like 100.000 times lol) they can get some kind of results but it's not as powerful as vibration and so it has to be avoided.
