Did I fail?

I started my repetition before the next planetary day (MUNKA working), but I did it at the final hour. So when I finished and began the affirmatiom it was now the next planetary day (on the exact minute).

Does this mean the working failed and I was too late?

It is not totally failed or anything, but ideally these would be done daily. However, it might cause some of the effectiveness to drop. By how much or whatever I cannot say exactly. HPS Maxine had written that workings should be done daily, although on another page she mentioned that you can do them twice in the same day if you missed the previous day.

Yeah, I woke up and started the MUNKA at 05:50 and Sunrise was at 06:12, and I finished the affirmation at around 15 seconds past 06:12. Is this okay?

The Planet Squares are very strict, and require everything to be perfect. All other workings are not as delicate, and are not as easy to mess up. Your timing does not need to be perfect every day. Just do your best to do it once every day, or once within each 24 hour period. If you don't do it in the exact same time every day, or if it is a little more or less than 24 hours, this is not a problem. You will be fine.
