D60 Birth Chart (Shastiamsa) Valid, Past Lifes

I was wondering if the D60 Vedic Birth Chart is valid for knowing the birth chart of your past lifetime. And if it is true, based on the D60 chart that I have, it suggests that I have reincarnated at least 7,000 years or even more, as I looked for the years where the planetary placements could land in those exact places from now to 5,000 BC and I couldn't find a match, so it could be much further back. Could people reincarnate more than 10,000 years into the future after they die? And is D60 astrology valid in knowing our past life astrology?
