I'm very new to Spiritual Satanism and having a little trouble finding my way.

After dedicating myself to Satan, I spent a few days working with the meditations outlined in the spiritual warfare training program. But then, upon doing mor reading on the JoS site, I thought perhaps I should switch to following the 40 Day Beginners Program. Only now my time meditation feels empty. Like I'm just playing at meditating or something.

Should I perhaps restart with the Spiritual Warfare Training? Or is the total emptiness I'm feeling now normal and to be expected?

I started with the 40 days program, but do what you think is better.
If you are going to continue with 40 days program, remember to open the 6th chakra after the third eye.

Before starting to meditate is strongly suggested to READ as much as you can about enemys, meditations programs and so on, in this way you will be able to advance through such moment and don't waste time

Both are good, search also on this forum using search button keywords like BEGGINER , PROGRAM , whatever u consider useful and read

If you feel like the instructed amounts of breaths per yoga poses and time spent in meditation are not enough then you can increase the amount/time incrementally so as to see at what level you get more of a response. You can make your own program right off the bat as well, nothing wrong with that. Just remember to do the initial chakra openings top to down and keep working on chakras every day afterwards.

To answer you question about switching programs; Yes, that could be a good option if you feel like the beginner program is not doing much to you. Since the two programs are very much different in their content as the 6 month program includes specific skill training instead of basic foundation included in the 40 day program, which both of have to be done, you could even do them both at the same time.

It is important to keep challenging yourself, sometimes even stretching, but do not overstress yourself especially over longer periods of time. That would set you only back and in a position to do the same first steps again.
