Controlling others people mind is possible, yes.
Everyone is controlling each other on a subconscious level. The topic in itself is complex and can't be simply put in just few words or propositions but Yes, this is very possible, some are born with this and some develop this ability, some become stronger spirituality and manifest things unwillingly as well (that's why controlling your own very mind is crucial) so before you're thinking about how to manipulate others, think how can you manipulate yourself and then, you would not even need to control others.
