Colour

I've recently just started meditating on colours and have come to realize the importance of it, I've been regularly meditating for a year now and I've always been using the colour white before being introduced to the beautiful world of colour.
I've noticed however that the importance of colour mediation hasn't been emphasized enough on the JOS website. It's only been 2 days since I started colour meditation and it has changed my psyche drastically. Because I have only been using white and white gold I noticed I had developed an envelope around of me of isolation; I was so self absorbed and arrogant I did not know it.
Azazel showed me the importance of colour in my meditations, not only does it strengthen hidden and dormant aspects of your psyche, it makes the your experience of life richer and more colourful, I now cannot help but admire the beauty of colour in everything around me, even the colours I used to dislike so much I am growing to appreciate them and the energy they carry. 
Moreover, as Maxine says on the Website, they increase the power of our workings drastically! Colour is the apparent separation aspect of the creative force, meditating on different colours allows us to understand that "creative force" and helps us become more in tune with the universe we live in.
It also improves our astral senses, I am gradually able discern different colours through my 3rd eye, seeing and understanding colours in auras enhances our understanding of our surroundings and intentions of others, therefore helping us to defend ourselves from attacks in our daily lives.
This is also evident when under the influence of some consciousness altering drugs when colours are enhanced drastically, it is a very important aspect of creation and the binary code for further progression.

Thanks I didn't even know about colour but how do I even start to meditate on it
