Chronic migrane along with fatigue

Greetings family

Anyone has any suggestion on how to heal a person with chronic migranes?

Or any medical suggestion would be highly appreciated.

I m trying to get this person to do meditation which i head helps. She is an atheist but you never know.

I really think most chronic migraines are going to be some parasite or nutrition problem. Someone mentioned a friend being severely deficient in magnesium causing migraines in another thread. If its chronic there is probably an underlying condition that be needs to addressed. This person should look at their vitamin and mineral levels. If its not this then get testing for parasites or some kind of infection would be a good idea.

First of all, I would suggest that you suggest to this person (from what I understand you are not the one directly involved) to contact a doctor and maybe listen to the version of someone who has studied for years to do this job.
Of course, meditation can also help as a method of mental relaxation. Going into a trance also helps a lot and if I am not mistaken these are practices that neurologists also recommend.
I don't feel like recommending spiritual works as all of that has satanic energy in it and I'm not sure it could work on an atheist or generally non-dedicated person.
