I know that overdoing it is never the right choice. However, in a very short time I have achieved very important spiritual progress. I can use the elements, for example water to cool hot things or fire to heat cold things. Either by evoking it or by exhaling it in a specific point.

When I do the Third Eye mudra, the electric shock of the circuit that I create by putting my thumb in my index finger is really very strong and "painful" (not in the common sense of pain, but in the sense that it feels strongly).

My telekinesis is very, very good. Really good: by putting my hands around a pendulum made by tying a string to a medium-sized crystal I can even just feel the energy between my hands and wish the crystal to shake, to make it rotate quickly and move.

(Note: I am not trying telekinesis. I try it every now and then just to check how much I am getting powerful, I am not interested in telekinesis right now)

And these progresses were achieved in a short time!!!

I am amazed and I would really like to do two sets of meditation + yoga. Currently I only do one and it lasts several hours, it is relatively "a lot", but if I manage to do one, I am constant: even in Martial Arts I train for several hours a day, etc. as with the gym training the technique, even vibrating in the chakras does not require more or less "stress".

I am a little afraid that now that I have seen the progress I could get excited with enthusiasm and start to overdo it, thus stressing myself and losing the consistency acquired. On the other hand I think that those who do not even try to do a little more, will never know if they are capable of doing it. It is that I would like to at least try to do two sets. What do you advise? Should I play it safe for consistency with just one set or should I risk it?

You seem to have the time, knowledge and energy required to do way above average in all these areas that you described which is amazing. Also laudable is your awareness of the risk of overdoing it and in that direction you have to listen/observe carefully (since you've decided to push close to the limits). Knowing yourself well and assessing the situation regularly should keep you safe.

I wish you success in all your endeavors and do not let fear hold you back.

consistency is key

Indeed, you are absolutely right, Brother! Thank you! There is no point in trying to overdo it and stress myself out if I then risk becoming inconsistent. Better that I do what I can actually do without stressing myself out. Maybe I can do two sets of meditations in special events like the Witches' Sabbaths... I also understand it because now that I have published this topic I am more lucid and rational because some time has passed.

Congratulations brother, it's really great to see others here who are growing, how long did it take you to achieve such results?

And if I may ask you, what do you think is the part where you need to concentrate more to better develop your soul? Up until now I have focused a lot on purification and cleansing but I feel the need to start doing complete meditation on the chakras every day

Many months actually. But considering I've spent at least 18 years as a Christian, that seems like a relatively short amount of time compared to all the stupid Catholic Masses I've had to attend because my dad forced me to...

On working on the chakras. It is really essential. Cleaning, empowering, increasing the energy in them, and speeding up the rotation of your chakras and unlocking the power (with hatha yoga), etc. is really fundamental. I really focus so much on these aspects.

It’s crucial to be honest with yourself throughout this process
Yep. Two sets of spells a day is normal for me. But two sets a day of what I already do meditatively, that might be too much and I might overestimate my endurance and ability to handle it. All these months of meditating have been useful to me not only for personal power, but to understand this concept of my realistic limits...

otherwise, you risk deceiving yourself and becoming the greatest obstacle to unlocking your true potential.
Yes, that's absolutely true. There's a risk that in my attempt to try to unlock my potential, I hinder it. I like that you used this expression because in this period unlocking my potential is exactly what I wanted to do... but it must come naturally as a process by working on it and not forced to the extreme...

Maybe. But not because I am somehow "better" than someone else who tries hard. Simply thanks to Martial Arts I have learned to condition myself. Very often I spend hours and hours trying techniques, even those already seen to deepen them. At the beginning it weighed on me, but over the years it has become the norm (in Muay Boran you either think like this, or you remain weak). So just as I am not bored by spending 5 hours performing three or four counterattacks with an elbow, meditating for a few hours on the chakras does not bore me either.

Knowing yourself well and assessing the situation regularly should keep you safe.
It's true. Martial arts have shown me this here too. When I didn't listen to my body and my needs, the results were miserable. When I understood what I was good at and how to improve my weaknesses by replacing them with profitable qualities of my natural personal characteristics, I was very good at it...
