You can use a number of Runes for charm. There are many sides that bring it out. You can use Water Magick to Draw out emotions, Fire magick to Intensify its vibrancy, Air Magick to define it more astutely, and Earth Magick to establish it as a more enduring "impactful Force." Another way to also think of Charm is in relation to karma which is kind of the reverse thinking as you always expect charm to be something you do in the personal sphere. An example would be you are Charming through "situations," where charm is actually your "Power" in relation to "Context of the Situation." So the idea of charm as a Bio-Electricity as Power can be defined as Power in form of Context. So an example... lets say you are more charming, because what you Draw to you (karma...fyi not the 3-fold idea of karma) are specific people and events, etc. Lets just say you used the Othala/Odhel Rune as well as Fehu to bring you wealth in the form of a big contract or something from the money people. In your magick working you would have somehow worked things out which "defines" how you will experience this energy. So "charm" in relation to this would be the Power of drawing to you Power that unravels your natural Power of Charm... Because, it isn't the charm of the preconcieved idea of what you think charm should be, but rathe the Charm in the eyes of the Targetted Situation of People brought by Magick or the help of the Gods.
So you could perhaps use runes like Wunjo and Sowilo for a sense of energy and positivity, Kenaz a Fire Rune to bring a vibe of Inspiration. Perhaps Giefu/Gebo to program such energies to direct the energies in the proper route that touches upon the depths of their soul where such charm would naturally be received. So to understand the few runes you have to understand them like an unfolding story, where Ken leads to Wunjo... because one is in a Chariot (Raidho), guided by the Inspiration of Ken. Giefu/Gebo is the roads/crossroads and Wunjo is the destination. Essentially Gebo is also a necessary rune, because its programming is the defined path of Fate as well as the Connection to how one reaches anothers Heart, but also their mind (not just the heart chakra but their total existence...all 7 chakras), where it is inspiration or Ken that simply brings this truth to Light.
So in regard to charm you can activate you can use runes to activate and heal/spruce up your energy field, Runes to direct and Fire Runes to bring Inspiration. Ken Brings Inspiration, and Nyd/Nauthiz brings intensity ontop of Inspiration. The Rune Nyd is not simply just a Rune of Binding and War or just a Rune of Fire, it is a natural Rune that governs the nature of how we are bound to reality and how we deal with it, how we bend reality to our Will. Even though advertized as a Fire Rune to the public, at its depths you will see all the elements shifting to its Will. In that place, concerning the Rune Nyd you will find how Charm is "forged & expressed." Because of this, the rune Nyd is very much akin to a Wand or Pen that defines power, just as an Actor on Stage would both exude and with his/her actions "bend the crowd" to his/her aura.
In terms of the idea of "Bending Light" and "Truth," in context of Truth vs Illusion... keep in mind there is Truth, but there is also the Truth one creates and makes a reality (this is where the dividing line between Truth vs Illusion thins and may disappear depending on what, in essence this is the Heart of Magick). Its like having a Vision, and then using Power to cement it in the physical plane. This is the same concept of taking charm as a magickal energy. It is both a force that touches the Heart of the Soul of Others, as well as Leads, and works upon and bends their existence, which fyi is just how things naturally work in the heirarchy of life no matter where you stand.
How this all plays into my 3 things I mentioned? One raises the Vital Life force, as is necessary for everything else. One then becomes a Man of Knowledge... This can be seen and expressed on Stage your ability to Tap into the Character and the more Variety and Creative expressions you have under your tool belt the more of a Man of Knowledge as an Actor you will be seen as. So your Vital Life force expressed here will bring to light many things and will via your Aura induce (keeping in mind you programmed it to also) someone who has alot of Experience and Wisdom regarding certain avenues of Acting which in itself when expressed properly is a sort of Charm. The prior two then play into the last one, because you are not so much shooting to be Strange so much as you are looking to Capture peoples attention (fyi this is the most important Refinement) by somehow Appearing "Adventurous" (this is pushing the boundry without coming across as too far out), being Mysterious, and even holding a Certain Personality Quality/Expression that induces a sense of Inspiration simply because to a person it bypasses the boundries which FYI are rather the Society Prison Boundries that keeps them from their hearts desire...so when I talk about passing Boundries I do not mean moving away from people, but rather Bypassing the natural road blocks in themselves and Touching upon their very soul. Now of course, I understand the difference between Magick and Physical Actions like acting. Naturally, this is being done via Magick where you affect the Subconscious/Soul, and the Actions to further interpret via your stage acting is up to you.
So to recap via Magick:
1. Sexuallity/Lifeforce - this is a common theme that is a base part of life and just what most people relate to.2. Man of Knowledge - the ability to Tap into Mankinds many desires and so their sense of Inspiration. Knowledge leads to experiences which leads to Wisdom. Exuding the Energy of Wisdom gained from a certain experience will give you the aura of an Actor who's "been there." Naturally its up to you to obtain this via magick of course via your own methods.3. Strangeness - curiousity, adventurous, mysterious. Basically your ability and energy as a Stage Actor to combine all to draw them in with your Life Force and then lead the crowd in its own unique Rollercoaster of Emotions by Capturing and keeping them Captivated, etc. This last one in its cultivation is actually the most important skill used widely in low-magick, and when refined is seen as the foundation and guiding principle even in high magick.

Any meditation practices, witchcraft, talismans I could wear, etc.? Or if there are books I should read.
I'm a performer hoping to increase stage charm.
As far as I understand, charisma has something to do with bio-electricity. Kundalini is often mentioned in connection with charisma, magnetism, and so on.
Any ideas would be welcome.
